Inspired by the rich architectural elements of Riyadh, the word ‘Zawaya’ which means corners was the concept behind this contemporary office headquarters design for one of the biggest Real Estate Companies in Riyadh. Using the traditional ‘Najdi’ houses as our source of inspiration, we studied and developed the shapes and forms found throughout the local traditional design. Using these elements, we created a beautiful contemporary open plan work environment that reflects the modern-day lifestyle trends.
