Zaytoun is DoubleTree by Hilton Unaizah’s all-day dining restaurant. The Interior design offers a striking use of organic forms inspired by the fluidity of Unaizah’s sand dunes. In keeping with the nuptial of modern contemporary elements with subtle Arabic inspiration, the dividing screens constitutes a unique version of modern day mashrabiya.

The space planning is carefully subdivided to offer an indoor and outdoor feeling for the customers. It creates an abundance of overhead lighting. The subtle blue and green color scheme recreates large open skies and agricultural areas that Unaizah is known for. Bespoke detailing with the Zaytoun icon is used for subtle sub-branding throughout the space.

The restaurant features elegant and relaxing private dining rooms to enjoy delightful cuisines. A show kitchen that sits behind the huge cuisine counters catering Arabic, Western and grills. Live cooking show station with decorative display of tandoori and dedicated dessert station features striking glass bell jar covers for each dish.
