ida’s design theme for the Interior is integrated from the beauty of the surrounding natural environment and the building’s proximity to the sea. The concept is holistically simple, light and minimal to create a calm, contemporary feel for residents. To integrate the outdoor experience, the local finishes of the Interior are derived from the earthy hues of the garden views alongside an azure blue beachfront.

The ID scope covers all the public areas, amenity space and residential apartments. Consisting of three contemporary interconnected residential buildings ranging from 6 to 10 stories, set to accommodate state-of-the-art residential units which reflect the diversity of lifestyle. Each unit will have exceptional views of the Park, Boulevard and beach. The design concept aims to cater everyone across the globe. Smart and simple, yet spacious for the modern generation who want to have it all!
