Building on our previous successful Spring Hills 2 & 3 properties, we were commissioned to elevate the Spring Hills to new standards.

Due to the project’s location in the exclusive Amwaj Islands, the project afforded increased budgets and improved approach to stylish living by the beach. We were requested to create a scheme with a mixture of large but simple high impact detailed spaces evoking a feeling of coolness with pale stone, polished concrete plaster finish encapsulating an ultra-high end contemporary lifestyle.
